Hi I’m Carrie!
I wanted to introduce myself for those that are new here. I am 36 years old, born and raised in Southern California and have a deep love for pugs and wine of any kind. I spent a few years in Arizona and Texas as well, but currently live in Orange County, California.
Believe it or not, I use to be terrified of flying. I was the person crying on the plane over the smallest bump, or weird sound. For the longest time, that really limited my travel. I was simply too scared to fly!
While living in Texas, I met my boyfriend, who loves to travel and has been all over the world. In a crazy turn of events, after a few years, I ended up moving back to California to accept a new position within my company. Accepting that job was really ironic because it requires me to travel for work! In addition to that, my boyfriend and I do long distance and frequently travel to fun places to see each other.
So needless to say, I forced myself to quickly get over my fear of flying.
Having traveled now both domestically & internationally, I have stayed in my fair share of truly amazing, boutique properties…visited some of the best Spa’s and have ate at incredible restaurants. In fact, the Instagram photos don’t even do these places justice!
But with that, also comes some duds.

Cons
- Camping, not so much..
- Will take extended naps after too much wine
- Seems to cuss a lot
- Does not do parallel parking
- Patience.. what's that?
