Something about that infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean just itches something in my brain. At One&Only Mandarina, the private treehouses and cliffside villas give serious ‘lost-in-paradise’ energy. Pictured above, all of the suites look ridiculous .. nestled into the lush mountainside with unobstructed views of the ocean. Say less.
Pictured below - Can we appreciate that bathroom for just a second? The soaking tub... The shower... Oh wait - the two showers! I literally can picture myself here. This bathroom.. overlooking this private infinity pool.. just stopppp.
Tamarindo seems like the ultimate laid-back coastal vibe that's designed for unplugging and recharging. It's a bit harder to get to from major cities in the US, but this property is bucketlist for me and has been since it opened a few years ago. Lots of activities and amenities on site, so I don't think you'd get bored here. I really hope to get out to this property sooner, rather than later. Bookable on all major travel portals.
Okay.. sooo.. not in Mexico! Between you and me, I'm well aware that I need to expand my horizons and fly across the pond. And.. this hotel might be the reason for me to do just that.
I feel like Lake Como must be on everyone's bucketlist? For me, I never felt the immediate need to make it over there, but the new Edition looks breathtaking. Every corner of Lake Como looks like an aesthetic dream, perfect for travel Reels or that cinematic drone shot. Seems like an Aperol Spritz is just calling my name. Just look at these photos...
I mean... If you told me that there are boutique hotels in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea on a small island called Palma and I could have my own pool suite, inside a historical fortress.. I wouldn't believe you.
Cap Rocat feels like you've stumbled into a secret world that just happens to have five-star service too. I think I can get on board with that haha. The city of Palma is like the cool girl city of the Balearic Islands... I'm a cool girl, right?
POST RANCH INN
This place is iconic - pure panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the rugged California coastline. Think modern, rustic architecture, cozy rooms and lots of outdoor adventures, like stargazing and nature walks.
This hotel is truly one where you check-in and disconnect. You go unplugged. It’s adults-only, so it’s perfect for a digital detox getaway where you can just chill, soak in the scenery, and appreciate nature for what it is.
Brand new hotel that just opened in December 2025, that somehow stumbled upon my Instagram feed... and I'm glad it did.
This new luxury resort naturally feels like it is part of its environment, sitting amongst the jungle, mangroves and beach. Think secluded villas with private pools, expansive ocean views, and interiors crafted with local materials that reflect the surrounding landscape. From the social media posts, it feels highly secluded, intentional and tranquil. Sign me up!
